The Getaway (Feb. 27- March 2, 2013)
A one time fee of $10 per attendee is due with the room deposit at the time of sign up. This fee is to cover the sewing room cleaning tip, door prizes, goody bags and food purchased for Getaway events by the committee. Also the final payment is due no later than 30 days before the getaway.
Single: $87 + 11% tax per night ($9.57)=$96.57 deposit; $96.57 each night
Triple: Three people; $97 + 11% ($10.67)=$107.67 deposit; $107.67
Quad: Four people; $107 + 11% ($11.77)=$118.77 deposit; $118.77
Cots: $6.00 plus tax
The Bird-in-Hand Family Inn and Restaurant requires that we book 10 rooms to qualify for free use of the activity room Wednesday night if we want to sew that evening. Check-in is 3 p.m. on Wednesday 2/27 and check-out is Sunday 3/2 at 11 a.m. Please indicate the number of nights you plan to stay. The deposit is due at the time of sign-up and is equivalent to one night's rate plus the $10 fee for each roommate. The final payment is due at the January meeting, but no later than 1/28. If you need to cancel after the final payment you must work out reimbursement with your roommates and/or replace yourself. Remember the Getaway is self funding.
