May 2017 Newsletter

President's Letter
Spring is here, flowers are blooming and pollen is everywhere!  I hope this isn't bothering your allergies as bad as mine.  I hope it is inspiring you to do some sewing.  I have a bird feeder right outside my sewing room window and it is fun to watch the birds feeding and imagine where their nests are and if they have eggs that are waiting to hatch.

The quilt show is knocking at our door.  If you are able to, I hope you will be able to help out in some way but I also hope you will have time to enjoy the show, learn something new, and be inspired to create something new.

I will hold a board meeting at 6:00 before the May regular meeting. I hope all board members, current and nominated, can attend.  Any other members are welcome as well.

Stephanie Braskey
