Penn Oaks Outstanding Volunteer Award
Due by May Guild Meeting

The purpose of the Penn Oaks Outstanding Volunteer Award is to recognize one Penn Oaks member per year that went the extra mile to promote the guild and facilitate guild activities. To be eligible, a guild member must nominate the candidate by the May general meeting of the guild calendar. Board members vote on the submissions and the Award is presented at the June meeting. Board members are not eligible. Below is a sample of the nomination form.
